We have all the sizing in each item description. Alternatively, you can call 01865 590900 and we will be able to assist with any advice you may need.

We will be hosting pop-ups and try on days at majority of our schools throughout the year. These are arranged with the schools and if you’d like to find out dates either call us or contact the school.

Personalisation is limited to specific schools and/or items. The option for initials or name will be available on those items that are facilitating that option.

Simply click on “SCHOOLS” on the menu bar, select “Our Schools” then a list of all the school’s we partnership with are listed and yours will be there. They are listed in alphabetical order.

College & Universities

Simply click on “COLLEGES&UNIVERSITIES” on the menu bar, select “Our Colleges & Universities” then a list of all the Universities comes up – if your part of a club at a university it’ll state in the collection. All the Colleges and Universities and Clubs we partnership with are listed and yours will be there.

Lodge Drop is offered to anyone who would like to have their order taken to any college lodge. This is not for universities, if you need any assistance then please call 01865 590900.

GENERAL

It’s nice and easy, all you need to do is pop all the items you’d like to purchase into your basket. Click on checkout, and follow the steps of addresses and shipping option. 

All Teamwear orders take up to 3 to 4 weeks to be completed. If you need your order urgently then please call 01865 590900 so we can give our best advice on the delivery timeline.

You’ll receive an email from us, notifying you of the items that have been shipped. If you choose Royal Mail or DPD delivery, then you’ll receive notifications from their services too. 

Of course! There’s the option at checkout as well as in the top right-hand corner. This allows all information to be stored on our database for you to revisit at any point. 

You’ll be able to change any stored addresses, look at previous orders and have your basket logged when you revisit our website. 

As we are a personalisation company, your able to cancel the order however only within 14 days of placing the order. You’ll need to email info@bluebloodoxford.co.uk or call 01865 590900. 

This shouldn’t be an issue however as soon as your order is placed, we crack on with it ASAP. 

Therefore, if you want to make any changes, you’ll need to call 01865 590900 and we can let you know if the order has been embroidered/printed already or if you are able to make changes. This completely depends on timings so best to call!

Of course, however as long as they haven’t got any personalisation such as initials, names, numbers etc. The return must be made within 28 days of receiving the order. 

There’s an online form to fill out for the returns on our website. Returns aren’t pre-paid and will be your responsibility to arrange.

Unfortunately, not all orders need to be placed online. By all means give us a call if you’d like us to clarify any information. 

There are two delivery options:

Royal Mail 2-3 Working Day Delivery = £3.50
DPD Next Working Day Delivery = £6.95

Both options are tracked with signature required on the DPD and sometimes with Royal Mail. 

If you’ve only received some of your items, this will mean there’s been a delay on that/those item/s. We will log this when shipping your order out however, if you wanted to double check then you’re more than welcome to email info@bluebloodoxford.co.uk or call 01865 590900. 

Apologies this is the case! Please email info@bluebloodoxford.co.uk with the images of the damaged or faulty item with your order number.  We will pick this up and arrange the solution accordingly. 

If this has happened, apologies for this! Either email info@bluebloodoxford.co.uk with images of the incorrect item and your order number, we will then get back to you regarding the next steps.

You’ll receive an email regarding the dispatch of your order, this is generated as soon as your order has been packaged up ready for DPD or Royal Mail collection. 

Any refunds take up to 3 to 5 working days. If you haven’t received yours within this timescale, please email the respective person who was assisting you in the refund.
