Returns Policy

Exchanges or returns are only available to contracted accounts and must be requested within 28 days of receiving your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, simply post it to the address below along with a note that includes your order number, whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and—if exchanging—the new size you require.

Please note: items that have been personalised with name, initial(s),number or sponsor cannot be refunded or exchanged so please contact us if you are unsure in anyway regarding sizing or personalisation.

Any return or exchange outside of the 28-day window will be returned directly to the customers delivery address.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

Blue Blood Sports recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. 

Blue Blood Sports will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by Blue Blood Sports i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.

Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, Blue Blood Sports will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Blue Blood Sports.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
